Registration Details

We are devoted to creating inspiring opportunities that foster a healthy, active lifestyle and inclusive wellness events for all. You can trust that we will implement every safety measure needed to protect our participants, volunteers, spectators, staff, and the surrounding community, ensuring a secure and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

Early Registration Important Dates:

  • $90 – January 1, 2025 - Race Day!

  • Race changes can be made up to February 1st, 2025

Friday, February 7th, 2024

Early Registration and Bib Pickup will be from 4:00-9 pm at the Hayward Vets Center, 10534 Main St, Hayward, WI 54843. (registration may be held as a drive-through in the parking lot pending local health and safety restrictions.)

There will not be a spaghetti feed as in the past for this race but we encourage you to support our local sponsors for dinner/drinks throughout the weekend.

Late registration and packet pick up will be from 7:30 – 9:00 am at the Hayward Veterans Center, 10534 Main St, Hayward, WI 54843.

Race Start Times:

  • 42K Men Skate - 9:30AM CST

  • 42K Women Skate - 9:35AM CST

  • 42K Men/Women Classic - 9:40AM CST

  • 26k Men Skate - 10:00AM CST

  • 26k Women Skate - 10:05AM CST

  • 26K Men/Women Classic - 10:10AM CST

Skiers will receive a sweatshirt at registration, Lynn's Custom Meats brats, Marketplace donuts, Angry Minnow beer/beverages and Tremblay's sweets at the finish line.
